Job Summary
Successfully implement and provide ongoing consulting and training for customers utilizing an ECI Software Solution’s software.
Essential Job Duties
- Be the primary representative and go-to resource for new customers implementing the ECI software solution.
- Lead customer sessions with the objective of identifying and documenting: Current and future business initiatives, Gap analysis within current systems and/or processes, and Reporting / data analytics requirements.
- Implement the software, considering aspects such as timeline, budget, scope, and delivery, following the implementation methodology and agreements with the team lead or project manager.
- Understand and deliver upon the ECI implementation methodology, which includes the ability to complete:

- Requirements gathering through existing process reviews
- Systems design and fit-gap analysis
- System configuration and setup
- Engineer solutions based on complicated customer business requirements
- New process design and definition
- Pre-implementation system testing
- Concept validation and user acceptance testing
- Data migration and data formatting recommendations
- Go-live implementation tasks and post-go-live consulting
- Consulting recap/activity reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate project and time administration
- Identify and manage potential issues and escalations in coordination with the team lead or project manager.
- Provide support to post-live customers.
- Identify the source of issues
- Guidance with software capability and standard process flow questions
- Assistance with using published ECI Help documentation
- Research and providing updates on software defects
- Explain configuration and settings for ECI software
- Provide assistance and support for software add-on products

**Qualifications**:

- Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Preferred Education: Master's Degree
- HB (Higher Vocational Education) degree, preferably in technical business administration or business informativs
- 1-3 years of experience
- Software implementation or consultation experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements
- Strong ERP product knowledge, ERP experience preferred
- Understand common industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance
- Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to users with varying levels of technical expertise via telephone and in-person
- Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills targeted to effectively present information to all customer role levels.
