**About the role**

Reporting to the Regulatory Manager, the Regulatory Coordinator provides administrative support to the Regulatory team. Based at our Sydney property, you be assisting to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements as well as maintaining regulatory records. There may also be times when you will be required to support the Licensing Team.

The role requires the ability to prioritise tasks and work as a team to meet critical deliverables for the business and the regulators. Attention to detail is also vital, along with a methodical and organised approach.

**Key responsibilities & accountabilities include, but are not limited to**:

- **Coordinating responses to formal notices issued by the Regulator**:

- Liaising with multiple departments with regard to collecting and collating information for formal notices
- Maintaining and updating Regulatory records
- Providing general administrative assistance to the Regulatory team

**About you**
- Higher School Certificate, with Tertiary qualifications
- Experience in a Casino industry is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Excellent administration skills using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
- Demonstrated commitment to “Doing the right thing” and confidence to question and seek clarification
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
