**How will I help?**

As a Manager for Regulatory Coordination, you will work on regulatory matters in the Regulatory Coordination team within the Consumer and Business Bank Division. You will partner with stakeholders to provide advice on strategic initiatives and programs to reduce risk exposure and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements. Where relevant you will contribute to Divisional responses on regulatory and risk matters.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Working with a team of risk professionals to ensure the Consumer and Business Division’s responses to regulatory changes are effectively designed and implemented, in conjunction with other key stakeholders.
- Contributing to working groups and other initiatives as required by undertaking key activities associated with ensuring an appropriate response to regulatory change, including information gathering, preparation of report and presentation material and documentation of options considered, and the approach taken.
- Ensuring incidents, issues and controls associated with our team are effectively monitored and maintained.

**What do I need?**

Project management and reporting experience and the ability to advise best practice in managing complex and emerging risk issues, collaborate and partner with a range of stakeholders as required and use analytics to understand trends.

We are looking for an excellent communicator who is tech savvy, with an ability to produce data driven insights and is keen to learn.
