About the role: 

The Regulatory Affairs Associate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. This position involves coordinating regulatory submissions, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting internal teams to navigate regulatory requirements efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents to relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements to provide guidance to internal teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for regulatory submissions.
  • Manage and organize compliance documentation, including maintaining regulatory databases and tracking systems.
  • Assist in the development and review of product labeling, marketing materials, and other documents for regulatory compliance.
  • Support regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulatory landscapes and communicate potential impacts to the organization.

Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences).
  • 1 year of experience in regulatory affairs within the personal care, cosmetics, or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of ANZ regulatory requirements for personal care and cosmetic products.
  • Experience with product registration, labelling, and compliance documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with international regulatory requirements for personal care and cosmetics, especially within US and European regions.
