HEQS was established in 2007. With advanced market sense and strong manufacturing support, HEQS has been quickly developing into one of the largest furniture suppliers in Australia. We have an open position for a System Account/D365 Business Analyst to join our growing team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist with preparation of monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheet and assist with board pack compilation
- Monthly accruals, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, prepayments, credit cards and other GL reconciliations
- Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations
- Support the Senior Financial Accountant on routine, ad-hoc and admin tasks
- Assist on Payroll/Account Payable
- Assist on Credit Card Reconciliation and Data Entry
- Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
- Assist with the annual audit process
- Prepare weekly reports for management
- Assist with preparation of BAS, FBT
- Coverage of accounts payable when necessary

**Eligibility & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required and/or recently CA/CPA qualified or near completion
- 1 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, AX preferred, but not essential
- Proven experience in business partnering with non-finance colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skill and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skill and clear communication skill in both written and verbal forms
- Experience in the retail sector
- Advanced Excel skills
- Willing to learn and be proactive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Smithfield NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
- Cost accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- System administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
