We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join our team based in Smithfield. Being part of a vibrant team of the company bookkeeping, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the business financially, while also being a team player in assisting with any office tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily reconciliation of bank statements, investigating the difference and resolving any discrepancies
- Accounts receivables, raise & process invoices as requested
- Process time sheets for all contractors including hourly and piece rate workers
- Liaise with external vendors
- Coordination of the fleet of vehicles including toll payment, service and repair coordination and insurance
- Other jobs as assigned by the manager

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in accounting or a combination of relevant training and experience.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper in a similar busy environment.
- Experience using accounting software, Xero experience highly preferred
- Excel Skills - Understanding and hands-on experience using Excel including Intermediate formulas, VLOOKUP and Pivotable
- Willing nature, happy to assist with various elements of the office - this is a true team effort
- Exceptional organizational skills - you are focused, reliable, methodical and meticulous
- Exceptional time management skills & the ability to multitask
- Positive, friendly, and self-motivated nature
- Mandarin speaking highly preferred
