ALS provides a broad range of testing and analytical services to a wide variety of end markets and industries around the globe. We continue to remain at the forefront of the testing services industry, building an enviable reputation. The Food and Pharmaceutical Division operates a modern laboratory in Sydney (Rydalmere) that is equipped with the latest in analytical technology.

**About the Role**
We are seeking a full time Client Services Officer to become a part of our ‘front line’ team. The primary responsibilities of the role will be to provide excellent client support to our existing clientele as well as the logistics and client service team.

You will work closely with our clients providing quality service by facilitating effective project delivery and being the liaison between the company and clients. You will manage everything from everyday queries through to maintaining high quality relationships with clients and ensuring ALS is meeting their expectations.

**The Day to Day**
Our teams love what they do and when you’re working with us your day could involve:

- Work within the Client Services Team and alongside the Field Operations Team.
- Provide local support and report to the Client Services Coordinator.
- Manage workflow on a daily basis.
- Assist in the management of logistics and field support.
- Attend client meetings to comply with ALS 20,20,20 client facing program.
- General administrative tasks as required by the business.

**About you**
- Prior experience working in Client Services or a strong customer service focused role.
- Excellent time management, organisation and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure and to meet competing deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral.
- Ability to develop strong external and internal working relationships.
- Ability rapport and hunt for new business via referrals through existing client base.

Prior experience in a laboratory would be an advantage but isn’t essential. If you have strong client focused skills gained outside the industry, we encourage you to apply.
