Stability Officer

**About the Position**
The Food & Pharmaceutical Division operates a modern laboratory at Rydalmere, Sydney that is equipped with the latest in analytical technology. This division is seeking a full time Stability Officer to become part of a Chemistry team that strives to exceed customer expectations by delivering quality results on time and by maintaining strong relationships with their clients.

The duties of this position include but are not limited to:

- Receiving and setting up stability trials
- Logging samples into the LIMS
- Collating stability data and report generation
- Manage ongoing product stability trends
- Review and manage any out of specification/trend results
- Coordinate external testing requests
- Invoicing and general office duties as directed
- Coordinate retention sample storage and housekeeping

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Be a team player who enjoys working within a group environment as well as independently
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under reasonable pressure
- Have previous experience in administrative-based tasks
- Have extensive experience in data entry tasks
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have great attention to detail
- Be willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime when required.
- Tertiary qualification in Chemistry or related field preferable.
- Previous experience using LIMS would be desirable but not essential.
