Jewellery Office Admin and Sales Assistant

Our growing jewellery company has been trading for 23 years, specialising in gold, diamonds, and jewellery sales. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and well-organised jewellery office admin and sales assistant to join our team in our Sydney Branch for a long-term position.

**Key Requirements**:

- Trustworthy and honest.
- Knowledge of jewellery is recommended but not compulsory.
- Recommended to have knowledge and experience in the jewellery industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Some experience in retail or online retail is preferred but not compulsory.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Daily input of transactions, customer service, and sales.
- Listing products on selling platforms, such as our company website.
- Photographing and describing products.
- Preparing and packing products for shipping.
- Answering phones professionally.
- Ensuring the workplace is maintained in an orderly manner.
- General clerical work as required.

Salary packages are negotiable for applicants depending on experience.

Position is based in Sydney City.

**FULL-TIME**

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
