**The Role**

In this new exciting role, the Head of Marketing and Client Acquisition, will lead the organisation and a newly restructured team through a period of great transformation and change. You will lead the development, planning and implementation of marketing and business development strategies to ensure we increase conversion of clients, deliver greater Mission impact, protect the brand and maximise brand awareness. You will achieve this while also building the team culture and ensuring strong leadership, great energy and inspiring attitude.

Some of the duties of this role will include...
- Implement Anglicare’s strategic plan in relation to client acquisition and business growth which ensures an improved client experience
- Research and develop business development opportunities and plans, understand client requirements, identify market trends, and suggest improvements to achieve Anglicare’s growth and marketing goals.
- Recruit, train, schedule, coach and manage concierge/sales team to meet sales and growth objectives
- In liaison with the Client Insights Lead, understand value proposition to clients, understanding their needs, and anticipate new marketing opportunities.
- Establish the framework that delivers a strong, sustainable brand in line with Mission, Strategic Plan and organisational values.
- Optimise the brand by reaching our target audiences with relevant content.
- Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy aligned with brand.
- Lead the overall development and execution of a transformational Marketing Strategy.
- Develop and implement an annual Strategic Marketing Plan including budget, resource allocation and management reporting
- In liaison with the Strategic Communications Manager, ensure clarity and consistency of messaging across all internal and external communications and marketing activity; aligned to the brand strategy and “story”.

- Experience in leading sales and marketing teams in a diverse organisation, with demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales, brand, marketing and communication strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive a team to meet business development / growth targets, retain and grow existing customer base and source new target segments.
- Experience in setting strategic direction, strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
