Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

**SCV**
The Supreme Court of Victoria is the highest court in Victoria and comprises the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division. The Court deals with major criminal and civil matters, plus appeals against decisions of lower courts.

As an office of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Funds in Court (FIC) supports the Senior Master, who holds funds, investments, and assets, principally for people with a disability. FIC works to ensure safe and effective investment of clients' funds at low cost, and to use the funds in a manner that responds to clients' diverse needs and aspirations. FIC is a self-funded, not-for-profit division of the Court. that also manages funds paid into Court.
**About the Role**
The Administrative Support Officer is a member of the Asset Services team which operates within the Client Services team. The role is responsible for supporting the Asset Services team in the administration, co-ordination and oversight of property and motor vehicle assets on behalf of persons under a legal disability ( clients) who have had funds paid into Court. It provides administrative support to team members for a diverse portfolio of projects including property purchases, sales, and modifications as well as pool and motor vehicle related compliance, together with supporting the coordination of FIC's building inspection compliance program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively supporting the administration and coordination of all processes, correspondence and activities associated with building and property-related matters, including purchases, sales, new builds, and modifications.
- Maintaining effective communication with key external stakeholders, such as, real estate agents, valuers, building inspectors, conveyancers, builders, construction managers and architects as directed.
- Effectively providing administrative support for the monitoring and maintenance of the pool and spa compliance program for all trust properties.
- Effectively providing administrative support to ensure continued compliance of the motor vehicle fleet membership program, emergency home assist program and Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).
- Providing administrative support for the preparation of reports and statistics for the above programs as needed; maintain proper documentation and create and maintain databases or reporting systems.
- Providing administrative support for the preparation of correspondence and other documentation, such as Court Orders and memoranda as directed and required.
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative or operational support.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, professional, customer focused, administrative services.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the real estate, building and/or conveyancing industry would be highly regarded.
