About the Role

The Program Manager - Customer Experience reports into the Head of Strategic Programs & Delivery and will be accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of the Customer Experience program of work on budget and on time.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering Bapcor’s Better than Before IT strategy across the key market segments. You will lead a team of project specialists to deliver key project outcomes.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
Develop, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to Bapcor’s Better than Before strategic objectives as well as technology and customer-related projects, enhancements and improvements.

Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.

Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.

Plan and prioritise project resources and work.

Track delivery progress, resource allocation and budgeting across multiple projects.

Identify and resolve program and project level risk, issues and dependencies.

Work with fellow program managers to manage risks, dependencies and opportunities across multiple business segments and programs of work.

Accountable for weekly program and project reporting for leadership and stakeholders.

About you

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Technology or related field.

PMI PMBOK/PMP or Prince 2 OR Agile Certification is desirable.

Extensive experience in Project/Program Management including end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects. Also comfortable in managing project and program budgets over $10m.

Experience in a formal IT and business project management methodology.

Comfortable working closely with client key stakeholders at all levels and internal technical teams to ensure deliverables, timeline, and budget are delivered to plan and with high levels of business satisfaction.

Exceptional people management skills with ability to prioritise workloads across multiple programs of work and proactively flag and identify risks and opportunities.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate at all levels in written, verbal and visual formats.

Demonstrated experience in delivering projects within a commercial construct, including vendor management, contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
