Provide administrative support across a legal team within Federal Government

**Your new company**
This Federal Government department are an Independent Department focused on providing a fair and just Australia. They are seeking an experienced administrator to join them on a 6 month temporary assignment which has potential for extension.

**Your new role**
Will be to provide administrative support for a team of 20 professionals assisting with tasks such as:

- Preparing Legal Documents
- Organising teleconferencing
- Filing and Data Entry
- Project research
- Coordination of stakeholders
- Responding to enquiries from the public
- Records Management

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience providing tailored administrative support for a group of people
- The ability to work towards deadlines in a busy office
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous experience providing legal administration is highly desired
