**Practice Manager - Neurology Castle Hill | Sydney Hills District**

We’re now seeking a **Practice Manager** to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. This role is ideal for a confident and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and leads with both heart and precision. You'll be central to the success of our practice — supporting operational excellence, uplifting team culture, and ensuring our patients feel truly cared for.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of our specialist neurology clinic
- Supervise and guide a small, high-performing admin team
- Manage appointments, diagnostics, referrals, and medical correspondence
- Coordinate closely with doctors, hospitals, referrers, and allied health professionals
- Oversee billing and receipting (Medicare/Private)
- Ensure compliance with HR, privacy, infection control, and Medicare standards
- Implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience
- Assist with integrating new services and supporting practice growth initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in medical or specialist practice management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and efficiency under pressure
- Comfortable with medical practice software (e.g., practice software, cloud-based systems, digital tools etc)
- Knowledge of Medicare billing, private fees, and health fund processes
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
