We’re seeking an experienced and motivated**Practice Manager to guide our clinic operations and support our talented veterinarians and nurses.

**The Role**
As Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the hospital, ensuring smooth operations and a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and mentoring a close-knit team of vets, nurses, and reception staff
- Overseeing rosters, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
- Driving excellent client service standards and maintaining strong client relationships
- Monitoring clinic performance, budgeting, and inventory control
- Implementing and improving policies, procedures, and workplace health & safety

**About You**
You’re a natural leader with strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for supporting both people and pets. You will bring:

- Previous experience in a veterinary, medical, or similar practice management role
- Certificate IV in Vet Nursing preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting
- A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
- Flexibility and a hands-on attitude to meet the needs of a busy clinic
