**Your Role with Us**:
What will integrate your content is tone of voice - embracing our brand archetypes, the jester and the outlaw, making sure it's fun, playful, and disruptive.
- Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you'll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth._

**What you will do**:

- Ideation and production of English content, created independently or in collaboration with our Design team.
- Clipping and editing of streams.
- Coverage of IRL and URL events.
- Application of the brand's tone of voice.
- Maintenance of and adherence to a marketing calendar that includes channels such as X, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Reporting that improves performance.
- Achievement of impression and watch time targets.

**What you will bring**:
Essential experience
- Experience managing social media for a brand.
- Creative.
- An interest in gaming, sports, television, and internet culture.
- In tune with Gen Z.
- A viewer or creator of streams.
- Design and editing skills.

**Bonus if you have**:

- Can travel outside of Australia.
