**Digital Content Producer**:
**About the Role**:
In conjunction with the broader Communications and Design team, the position will develop proactive digital marketing and communications campaigns for events, major projects, services, initiatives and decisions.
**Responsibilities**
- Work with your leader and team to ensure that prioritisation and stakeholder needs are met within a content governance framework.
- Monitoring website traffic using Adobe Analytics to ascertain content engagement levels, identify areas of improvement and work with marketing and digital growth teams and business stakeholders to implement
- Monitoring of page load speed and uptime to ensure optimum customer experience
- Management of site map to optimise SEO to improve the site search and experience
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide innovative solutions in implementing website campaigns including content design layouts & writing with UX
- Assist with personalisation and test & learn initiatives and report of effectiveness
- Building and managing relationships with key project stakeholders (internal and external) and understand the customer value and business KPI’s that are driving change
- Work with UX and Digital Growth to develop new ideas for improved content design, components and user flows
- Have a strong respect for risk, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, following due diligence and risk processes when required.
**Qualifications**:
- Essential experience with Adobe AEM (CMS), Analytics and Target
- Content Design, Editing & Writing highly desirable.
- Experience with SEO concepts, strategy & implementation (experience with SEMrush)
- Project Management skills in being able to develop a timeline/sched-deliver to a project deadline
- Demonstrated experience of effective liaison with stakeholders.
- Familiarity and appreciation for Human Centred Design / Design Thinking methodology
