**Want to get involved?**

As the Insights Analyst (Community Fundraising) you will be responsible for populating and maintaining the donor database with accurate information about participants and donors engaging with peer-to-peer fundraising events. Your data skills will give the Community Fundraising team the up-to-date information they need to thank participants and encourage their fundraising efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Retrieve and load participant and donor information into the donor database.
- Prepare queries/exports/lists from the donor database to support the Community Fundraising Team.
- Report on performance of the Community Fundraising programs and engagement activities.

**Let's talk about you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience in information management.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and loading data into a database
- Experience using a customer relationship database/platform in a fundraising role, or within a for-purpose organisation.
- Experience with reporting/visualisation principles and tools
- Established organisation and time management skills with a strong attention to detail, and an ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience managing relationships with a wide and diverse range of internal stakeholders.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
