About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale global integration program. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex interrelated programs and projects across multiple regions, with a strong focus on APAC. You will be responsible for defining governance structures, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic integration initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership, structured program management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Integration/Separation Program, covering multiple business process streams (Supply Chain, Order Management, Finance, Accounting, and related functions).
  • Define and implement the governance model, communications, and reporting structure across regions and workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of program/project managers and analysts, as well as engage external consultants when required.
  • Monitor program progress, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
  • Present program updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Evaluate outcomes through post-program reviews and implement lessons learned.

About You
  • 10–15+ years of senior program and project management experience, including large-scale IT and acquisition integration programs.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise ERP systems (Oracle ERP/MRP highly valued).
  • Strong background in managing full lifecycle IT application development using both waterfall and hybrid/agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence across a geographically dispersed team.
  • Professional certifications (PgMP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Japanese or any other APAC language is an advantage.
