**Your new company**

A global managed services company are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to join their team in the Perth office, working to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and demonstrate and deliver IT solutions through strong leadership.

**Your new role**
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, showcasing thought leadership;
- Collaborate closely with customers, executives, and delivery teams to manage client relationships and drive business growth;
- Enhance service quality, satisfaction, and value through regular innovation workshops;
- Assist in RFP responses, service automation, optimisation, and industrialisation;
- Possess strong understanding of data centers, hybrid clouds, and platforms like ServiceNow and low-code platforms;
- Guide clients in making appropriate technology choices for their businesses, focusing on enablement, sales, and reusable solutions;
- Ensure financial targets are met for the account, leveraging customer relationships;
- Promote innovative thinking and integrate ideas effectively;
- Design services based on customer requirements, considering reusability, simplicity, costs, and company standards;
- Incorporate service and technology automation for improved customer value and cost reduction;
- Advocate for customer needs within the company, collaborating with practices, Centers of Excellence, and partners;
- Stay updated on technology trends and contribute to the company's community;
- Maintain professional development and certifications;
- Represent the company positively in client interactions.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science/related field;
- 8+ years' experience in technology leadership role/s;
- AWS, Azure certifications (or extensive experience);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Drive and motivation;
- Strong awareness of Cloud Transformation, Infrastructure, and Applications;
- Passion for Technology;
- Strong awareness of the Perth technology market;
- Prior experience guiding customers in Digital Transformation programmes/projects.
