Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager of Technology to drive our technology initiatives and digital transformation across our operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology management within the manufacturing sector, coupled with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Objectives: Current IT Systems Review: Conduct a thorough assessment of existing technology systems, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
This includes evaluating software applications, hardware infrastructure, and overall system performance.
Short-Term Projects: Implement quick wins that can improve current operations, such as streamlining processes, upgrading software, or addressing immediate technical issues to enhance productivity.
Transformational Projects: Spearhead innovative projects aimed at transforming the business through technology, including adopting new technologies, implementing automation, or enhancing data analytics to support business decision-making.
Qualifications: Degree in information technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technology leadership role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in food processing.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the application of technology in optimising operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
