Business Technology Advisor

TBTC Perth South provides Communications and ICT solutions to small and medium Telstra business customers. The TBTC Perth South network is part of a fully branded Telstra channel designed to provide professional services to support business customers integrate tailored tech solutions. That means less time troubleshooting tech, and more time taking care of business.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Business Technology Advisor to join the TBTC Perth South family. We are looking for a brilliant communicator with a passion for technology and understanding of business customer needs to join our high-performing team. We want to hear from individuals who are relationship management focused and value customer excellence.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Maximising qualified leads from our Account Managers and Business Sales teams.
- Account managing and developing existing Telstra business customers.
- Utilising Telstra’s full “tool kit” of business products and services.
- Identifying and creating ICT and collaboration solutions opportunities with our business customers.
- Building long term business relationships with key stakeholders and partners to develop new opportunities.
- Achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Putting the human back into technology.

**We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in B2B Technology and Solutions relationship management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Telco and ICT products and solutions.
- Previous knowledge of Telstra products and services is highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Proven track record in B2B account management, business development or relationship management role.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Passion for technology and across current trends.
