We’re looking for a digital marketer with a brand focus to join our team. You’ll take a leadership role in creating brilliant, award-winning campaigns for clients across Australia. You’ll help visionary brands and business leaders navigate growth with strategy, design and technology.

Us

We are a brand, digital and marketing studio based on the Mornington Peninsula and working across Australia. We focus on building relationships and forming strategic partnerships to create meaningful, purposeful and growing brands.

We help brands define their purpose, find clarity, and navigate complexity. Our world is ever-changing, which means we need to rethink old problems and propose new solutions. Our team are informed by actionable and nuanced strategy, they help leaders find a distinct position in the new world, and empower them with the words and means to communicate it.

Your days will be spent:

- Developing and executing advertising strategies for both project-based and ongoing marketing clients
- Managing all end-to-end initiatives for our clients including EDMs, Social Media, Advertising, Digital PR, SEO and more
- Ad buying, planning, optimising and creative briefing for digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Pinterest and Google
- Working in collaborative digital platforms such as: Notion, Figma, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Webflow and Airtable
- Facilitating workshops and developing strategies for both new and growing brands

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for the following experience and capabilities:

- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Exceptional communications skills
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing
- Google Suite - Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, Tag Manager
- Experience with Google & Meta Ads
- Understanding and experience with Ahrefs
- Planning and running workshops
- You must legally be able to work in Australia
