We’re looking for a digital marketing specialist with a brand focus to join our team. You’ll take a lead role in crafting marketing campaigns for clients across Australia. You’ll help visionary brands and business leaders navigate growth with strategy, design and technology.

What your week could look like:

- Managing all end-to-end marketing initiatives for our clients across Paid Social and Search
- Ad buying, planning, optimising and creative briefing for digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google and Pintrest.
- Grabbing a cuppa with our clients to explore growth opportunities
- Working collaboratively with the team and on digital platforms such as: Notion, Figma, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Webflow, Shopify and Airtable
- Developing, interpreting, and summarising quarterly and campaign-based reports
- Facilitating workshops and developing marketing strategies for both new and evolving brands

**Requirements**:
While we’re open to exploring people from all kinds of backgrounds, we think this role may be best suited to an applicant with 5+ years experience in a digital agency environment. But go on, blow us away. This is a mid to senior level role, we value ability and character highly.

We’re looking for the following experience and capabilities:

- A Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Exceptional communications skills
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing
- Google Suite - Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, Tag Manager
- Experience with Google & Meta Ads
- Understanding and experience with Ahrefs/SEMRush
- Planning, running workshops
- You must legally be able to work in Australia
