We have an opportunity for a International Partnership Manager to join our corporate and international Health Insurance team. The International Partnership Manager is primarily responsible for the management, development, and growth of partnerships with existing and new international clients.
This role will report to the International Partnerships Manager and will be based in Sydney when you are not working from home. (we offer flexible working and have offices in the CBD)
**How will I help?
As the International Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for delivering portfolio performance, revenue and growth targets by establishing sustainable long-term business to business partnerships with Second and Third Tier clients. The role will include all aspects of account management, including working with relevant internal and external stakeholders, to assisting in the development of strategic partnership plans with the aim to delivering mutually beneficial outcomes for Bupa and its partners.
**Key Accountabilities include:
- Delivering agreed performance targets including revenue/new to fund growth, client retention, gross margin, and customer / client experience
- Build strategic relationships with Second and Third Tier clients, leading a matrix of internal and external stakeholders in development and execution of strategic partnership plan to ensure exceptional customer service
- Meet required client service level expectations and compliance with usage of CRM system
- Promote Bupa as the preferred partner for overall student, worker and visitor health and wellbeing and champion a holistic health approach that meets client and customer needs
- Assist in the development of strategic partnership plan including annual activity plans and annual review for all clients
- Jointly plan and implement partnership plans with clients to maximise engagement and alignment of goals
- Regularly review performance of client partnership, including opportunities, risks and obstacles
- Ensure that the appropriate sales systems are kept up to date and follow due sales processes

**What do I need?
You will have proven experience managing B2B relationships with small to medium size organisations and the ability to recognise and leverage future growth opportunities for Bupa. You are very customer solutions focused, has a mature mindset, is a problem solver and works well under pressure.
In addition, you will have:
- 5+ years of account management experience exceeding sales targets selling Overseas Visitor and Overseas Student health insurance, or similar business to business sales account management experience
- Consulting with the owners and C-suite executives of small to medium sized organisations to formulate, implement and manage strategic business plans to meet client needs and to achieve sales targets
- Proven account management capability to lead a large portfolio of clients; navigate and work closely with key employees within client organisations to determine present and future needs
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and able to deal with ambiguity by making positive changes
- Experience working with cross functional stakeholder teams to deliver customer outcomes
- Able to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders through to C-suite level
- Extensive knowledge of the key drivers for International organisations with regard to health and benefits
- Established network within the international and education market
