**Simple** is a leading national software provider of food safety management and consumer meal ordering solutions for the aged care and hospital sectors. We are currently seeking a dedicated team member to join our Customer Relationship Team, responsible for onsite implementation of our software solutions and providing comprehensive pre
- and post-implementation client support.

**About the Role**:

- This is a highly autonomous role where you will ensure successful onsite implementation of Simple Software and maintain high client satisfaction post-implementation.
- You will report directly to the National Implementation Manager.
- The position requires regular state and interstate travel.
- Responsibilities include pre-configuration of software settings to prepare for onsite implementation at the client’s premises.
- You will facilitate the onsite software implementation, including face-to-face training with small groups and one-on-one training.
- Submit post-implementation documentation to Simple’s Head Office.

**Experience and Training**
- Simple provides our services to the food service industry, specifically aged care and hospitals. Previous experience in food service would be highly regarded, however is not mandatory.

**Conditions of Employment**:

- Must hold a current driver’s license.
- Must have the right to work in Australia.
- A satisfactory police check is required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
