Are you great at creating connections and developing professional relationships? Are you able to build positive relationships and help generate new business for a company?

**Talk Health** is a NDIS allied health provider that is looking to maintain and develop relationships with our referral partners and other members in the community. We are looking for a **Relationship Manager **to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients and customers. We’ll rely on you to create trusting relationships between the company, our referral partners and our clients.

For success in this role, excellent communication skills and an understanding of how to sell a service are crucial.
- Your responsibilities _
- Understand our services and how we can fit our client needs
- Identify the gaps in our service and how we can address them
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and quickly
- Gain a solid knowledge of our competitors
- Basic administration tasks (inputting data into a CRM)
- What we are looking for_
- Any level of experience. We’re also a growing company, so we want to grow with you
- Ability to use a CRM and basic data entry skills
- Understanding of the NDIS system and the differences between allied health

We are currently looking for someone to work 5 - 10 hours per week to call our referral partners and contacts. This is _not _a cold call and sales job - The majority of these contacts are people we have met at other networking events or have been connected with via other media channels. This job is 100% work from home

**Job Types**: Casual, Subcontract

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
