About youYou will have a record of success in understanding and delivering on customer needs and business priorities relating to the asset management lifecycle including QBuild's Plan, Build, Maintain and Respond services.You will be working within and exteral to the QBuild business. Focusing on building a connected and consistent QBuild underpinned by mature systems (processes, procedure, tools and templates), resulting in strong customer relationships and an overall positive customer experience.
This includes actively managing QBuild's existing customer relationship through regular account management serivces, health checks and attracting and growing new business opportunities to support the commercial business unit model incorporating the intake process, pipeline of work and work assessment that informs the portfolio of works across all service offerings.
