What is the role?

Our Finance team is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. Located in our North Sydney Support Office, you will work within a small and fast paced team, providing support to our venue teams across our various brands.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Coding and entering high-volume supplier invoices
- Matching invoices to Purchase Orders
- Reviewing supplier invoices and ensuring they are approved for payment
- Liaising with relevant managers, teams and suppliers
- Managing petty cash, employee reimbursements and refunds
- Processing and organise payment for overseas payments in foreign currency
- Checking, setting up and maintaining supplier master files
- Monthly supplier account reconciliations
- Maintaining the shared Accounts Payable inbox

Who are you?
- You have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, demonstrate high attention to detail and have excellent organisational skills
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role, proven experience with an ERP system - experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be a plus
