The Accounts Payroll Officer will effectively manage the full function Accounts Payable process including but not limited to data entry, raising purchase orders, payment runs, vendor management, reconciliations, GL coding, and other administrative duties.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Data-entry** -** ensure all incoming invoices are voucher-matched in MYOB by the end of each day
- Purchase orders - raise POs for operation staff as required
- Payment runs - co-ordinate payment runs with Financial Controller and bookkeeper to ensure optimum efficiency & cashflow
- Reconciliations - ensure vendor statements are reconciled each month and invoices not yet in MYOB are requested and entered
- GL coding - have a working knowledge of the Martinus chart of accounts and job numbers. Able to provide coding advice to staff
- Other administrative duties - ad-hoc duties to provide support to other team members as required. Includes filing, scanning, archiving, and any other required ad-hoc administrative duties.

**Experience**
- ** Required**: 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role

**System Knowledge**
- Working knowledge of FieldWorker app
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
