**Role Overview**

As Principal Delivery Lead, you will collaborate with Cevo’s consulting and delivery teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all engagements. You’ll be responsible for scaling delivery capability, mentoring delivery leads, and aligning delivery strategy with business goals, whilst also playing a hands-on role in delivery on specific projects when required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the delivery function across multiple client engagements.
- Drive delivery excellence, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with Growth, P&C, and Tech Principal and Managing Consulting teams to align delivery with strategic growth.
- Shape proposal and RFx commercials and team constructs in collaboration with Technical Principals and Managing Consultants
- Establish and maintain robust delivery governance frameworks to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability across all engagements.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team of delivery managers as Cevo grows
- Act as an escalation point for delivery challenges and client concerns.
- Monitor and report on delivery performance, client satisfaction, and team health.
- Champion continuous improvement and agile practices

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in leading delivery functions within a consulting or technology organisation.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software delivery practices.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps, and enterprise transformation.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
