As we continue to rapidly scale, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the Salesforce roadmap for the full SafetyCulture Group. Acting as a thought partner to go-to-market leadership, you’ll work closely with the Revenue Systems cross-functional team to design scalable solutions that improve the efficiency & productivity of the global Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams. You'll drive key projects, using your technical experience to ensure correct solution design while leveraging your project management skills to reach successful outcomes for the business.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Administration of the Salesforce Platform, including system configuration, maintenance, enhancements and upgrades, data integrity, deployments, security, end user support, documentation and governance
- Maintain Salesforce as a holistic view of our customer and business processes to understand the cross-functional impacts of configuration, process, workflows and reporting.
- Defining, implementing and maintaining Salesforce operating governance including, but not exclusive to, naming standardisation, permissions oversight, deployment processes and data limits management
- Ensure all integrations flowing into Salesforce are live and accurate
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce product development. Ensure relevant updates are integrated in our Salesforce instance and training is provided to the broader team.
- Develop and deploy an ongoing training strategy for users using a combination of Trail Mixes and face-to-face group sessions.
- Supporting Marketing teams with campaign integration with Marketo
- Managing projects end-to-end to ensure the efficient running of the business. This will mean preparing business cases, writing RFPs, selecting suppliers and managing both internal and external teams and processes required.

**What you’ll need**
- At least 4+ years Salesforce experience, as a certified hands-on Administrator of Sales Cloud. Revenue Cloud (CPQ) preferred
- Experience with multi-region and multi-currency configurations
- Experienced with leveraging Salesforce best practices in response to business needs including org consolidation strategy & launch of new revenue streams
- Experienced with workflows/ process builders and lightning flows
- Experienced with designing and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience in conducting gap analysis on existing processes and potential alternatives.
- An analytical mindset with a desire to make systems and processes better
- Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills
- Knowledge of SaaS models, Product Led Growth (PLG) experience a major plus

**Nice to have**
- Experience with third-party marketing automation, partner relationship management, sales prospecting, billing and eSignature integrations
- Experience deploying CRM integrations projects from other CRM technologies
- Experienced working with SOQL / SOSL Queries
