This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and energetic Accounts Payable Manager, looking to build upon their AP management experience within a large, global professional services organisation.

Reporting into the Financial Controller and managing a team of six, your remit will be to take ownership over the Accounts Payable function on a national level, whilst also identifying & driving process improvement initiatives.

Utilising your project management skills, you'll drive a number of change initiatives across the AP function, including a systems upgrade and the implementation of greater rigour around payables processes.

You'll have minimum 3-5 years' management experience within an AP and/or shared services environment, experience running large, complex & diverse pay-runs and will have demonstrated experience in driving change & managing AP-related projects.

Finally, you'll be an outstanding communicator, a natural leader and have a passion for coaching & mentoring staff.
