**About the role...**
The Cluster Manager of General Pants is the key facilitator of the overall store experience - leading the seamless execution of business strategies across your area through multiple lenses, such as - Sales Results, Operational excellence, Visual Merchandising, Product and finally our People.
The Cluster Manager is the prime enabler in the delivery of KPI results and to continuously build highly engaged, accountable and effective teams. This sets the teams up for success from the outset and builds and coaches leaders that understand what excellence looks like and what is needed to achieve it.
As a senior leader, you lead by example. You show up as your best self each day, owning your results, always looking for opportunities to improve and grow, hungry for results and humble to learn how. As a key contributor to the wider leadership team, you think holistically. You are proactive in finding solutions and work in partnership with the wider business strategy to embed, improve and grow General Pants.
- Must have experience in multi-site management, overseeing multiple stores in a similar environment.
- Proven success in coaching, developing and succession planning teams & individuals to be successful.
- A strong customer centric mindset. You can always prioritise and elevate the customer experience, as well as train others to do the same
- Experience and working knowledge of how successful businesses operate in the retail landscape.
- A proven track-record in delivering exceptional KPI’s results, cost management, effective rostering, store environment, brand experience and retail store deliverables.
- An in-depth experience in performance management, driving change, accountability, and think outside of the box to get a strong result.
- A comprehensive understanding of Visual merchandising and how this can impact store performance as well as customer experience.
- Well versed in how to drive results through commercial decisions centered around product performance and placement in store.
- Ability to successfully recruit, build and retain high performing teams..
