**The Opportunity**:

We’re seeking someone who can drive meaningful connections, inspire positive action, and bring innovative ideas to life.

**About You**:
We are seeking a highly passionate person who:

- Has an understanding of Community Development and Engagement Principles
- Can plan, implement and evaluate Community development programs and projects
- Can respond appropriately to clients who have complex needs and may display challenging behaviours
- Has the ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
- Possesses sound communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and establish rapport with clients, staff and external agencies
- Holds a degree or relevant tertiary qualifications (Social Work, Community Services or lesser qualification complemented by relevant experience)

**You Will Need To**:

- Hold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current Safe Environments Certificate
- Hold a current unencumbered Australian driver’s licence and be willing to drive
- Undergo pre-employment testing as part of the recruitment process

**ABOUT JUNCTION**:
Junction is a non-denominational social enterprise helping more than 10,000 South Australians each year through a wide range of programs and support. This includes domestic violence and homelessness services; emergency housing; counselling; mentoring; community centres and residential care for children and young people under the Guardianship of the Chief Executive who can’t be placed with foster families.

Junction also provides affordable housing for those on low incomes managing around 2,500 properties across the State.
