About the Role:

As Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the store leading your team to deliver magical customer moments and creating a space where both your staff and customers love to be. You'll take charge of store operations, visual presentation, and team development while keeping the energy high and the smiles genuine.

Your days will be filled with:

* Inspiring, mentoring, and growing your team of passionate retail stars.

* Delivering outstanding customer experiences that leave a lasting impression.

* Bringing creativity to life through beautiful store displays and merchandising.

* Managing day-to-day operations, from rosters to stock to sales goals, with ease and enthusiasm.

* Building strong connections with your local community and loyal customers.

About You:

You're upbeat, approachable, and absolutely love retail You bring authenticity, confidence, and a contagious energy that motivates everyone around you. You care deeply about your customers, your team, and creating an environment that feels warm, fun, and inspiring.

You'll bring:

* Proven retail management or leadership experience (fashion, lifestyle, or children's preferred).

* A passion for exceptional service and meaningful customer relationships.

* Great visual merchandising skills and a creative eye for detail.

* A joyful, collaborative leadership style, you make work feel good

* Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday, with no late nights (hello, work-life balance).
