About You

You are:

  • A proactive leader with at least 3 years of Property Management experience
  • Up to date with relevant VIC residential tenancy legislation and compliance standards
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
  • A natural team builder who thrives in collaborative, high-performance environments

  • Advanced knowledge of Property Management systems and processes
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A solution-focused mindset with a proactive approach to challenges

About the Role

You will support and manage an established portfolio, you'll be encouraged to generate and grow new business—and rewarded for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Excellence: Deliver premium service to all clients, addressing disputes and complaints professionally
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and grow Assistant Property Managers
  • Compliance & Operations: Ensure full compliance with VIC tenancy laws and regulations
  • Rent Roll Oversight: Maintain and expand our rent roll while delivering high-quality Property Management services
  • System Efficiency: Use Property Me to streamline operations and optimise portfolio performance
