- We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager on a full-time basis. This position will be at our Support Office in Hawthorn East, just 9 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Our support office is a thriving, supportive and friendly environment, where you will have the opportunity to work with other passionate people.
- The Program Manager, Non-Clinical Learning will source, develop, manage, implement and evaluate non-clinical learning initiatives across Benetas. A strong focus of the role is on building leadership capability and foundational management skills across the organisation and being responsible for our learning management system 'BLearning'.

**Your day-to-day activities include**:

- Supporting the embedding of the Benetas Leadership Capability Framework into the employee lifecycle
- Developing content and tools for the Manager Learning Centre to provide just-in-time learning and resources for Managers
- Further expanding and managing the rollout of the Manager Skills Training Program
- Evaluate the success of non-clinical learning initiatives to understand their impact

**To thrive in the role, you will have**:
- Tertiary Qualifications or commensurate experience in learning and development, organisational development or human resources-
- Demonstrated expertise in embedding (not just implementing) new approaches that develop the capability-
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating the effectiveness and impact of learning- Strong coaching, influencing and change leadership skills- Leadership capability that inspires high performance in self and others- The capability to innovate and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
