**About the Role**:
This brand-new role will play an integral part in owning the Project Delivery Framework for our overall store development strategy. Use your brilliant stakeholder management and project skills to directly oversee the store renewal plan.

You will also:

- Oversee process improvement across the standards, templates, reporting and governance across all our store renewal, new stores and Liquor projects
- Facilitate integrated supplier and resource planning across the various teams
- Take ownership of the Post implementation review (PIR) framework through development of new processes to improve project execution
- Oversee development of several direct reports

**About you and our skills**:
You will have:

- A proven track record working within a PMO or similar function
- An understanding of construction, planning, property and architectural timeframes and processes (preferred but not essential)
- The capacity to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders
- The ability to navigate project management software
- Experience in a retail environment is advantageous
