Our People & Culture (P&C) team plays a central role in this journey – and we're looking for a Program Delivery Partner to help us deliver key projects that shape the future of work at Coles.

About the role

As a Program Delivery Partner, you'll take ownership of planning and executing a project work stream within a larger program of work. You'll work closely with stakeholders across P&C and the business to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that drive strategic outcomes.

This is a highly visible role where you'll combine project management expertise with a people-first approach, ensuring change is embedded smoothly and sustainably across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage planning, execution, and reporting of project work streams within broader programs.
  • Develop and track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Partner with P&C leaders, program managers, and cross-functional teams to align outcomes with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communications to drive engagement and support adoption of new initiatives.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues to program leadership.
  • Ensure delivery is underpinned by strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management practices.

About you

You're a natural organiser with a proven track record in project or program delivery within large, complex organisations. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities. You bring a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical outcomes.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in project or program delivery (ideally within HR, People & Culture, or transformation).
  • Strong planning, coordination, and governance skills.
  • Ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple work streams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the resilience to adapt to change.
