**Join the team**

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Continual Improvement Analyst to join our high performing and dynamic team on a 12 month contract. The role reports to the Continuous Improvement Project Lead and is responsible for delivering Continuous Improvement to Kmart Supply Chain processes via strategic and tactical system and process improvement.

**What you’ll be doing**- Project change management and implementation- Ensuring project deliverables are achieved and show agility in managing multiple projects- Delivering initiatives in supply chain- Collaborating with Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement- Formulating solutions to problems utilising data to support ideas and initiatives- Presenting data to support change initiatives and clearly articulating changes required- Provide support to the business as a technical expert in Supply Chain operations and systems- Develop and deliver reporting that supports Supply Chain operations and the wider business

**To be successful in this team you will have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain and logistics- A sound understanding of the extended supply chain in a retail industry and how they may be impacted by system or process changes- Demonstrated leadership in business process and change management- Demonstrated skills in data analysis and reporting-
- Strong Excel skills- Ability to present analysis and insights to stakeholders/clients- Excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with technical and non-technical customers.
