**About the role**:
**Role Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for understanding business needs, challenges and opportunities, and use data analytics and effective visualisation tools to convey actionable insights for target audience.
- Lead a team of Consultants, Analytics & Insights
- Manage development and delivery of models and dashboards in accordance to requirements and estimated velocity or agreed SLAs
- Enable Data driven business - quickly and reliably putting Analytics and Insights into the hands of decision makers
- Metric Framework development and governance, standardising data sources and metric definitions and leading the team to deliver analytical work and insights through dashboards development.
- Automate controls to foster trust in data.
- As part of the leadership team, drive the transformation and upskill of the wider Analytics & Insights team in Ada (Databricks)

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Experience
- Extensive experience leading an engaged team, with a focus on insights.
- Experience in communicating with and influencing Executives and stakeholders

Essential capabilities
- Strong analytical capability, with close attention to detail
- Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes
- Excellent and pro-active approach to problem-solving with strong commercial acumen

Other capabilities
- Strong ability to influence, lead and motivate others
