In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing top talent, focusing on recruiting students and researchers to tackle industry challenges through our innovative projects.

**Here's what you can expect as our Recruitment Project Officer**:

- **Forge Strategic Partnerships**:Serve as the primary liaison between our organisation and industry, collaborating with academic staff to effectively leverage Curtin University's diverse capabilities for Industry Exchange projects.
- **Highlight Student Talent**:Spearhead the attraction and recruitment of top talent from Curtin University's faculties, showcasing the exciting opportunities and impactful work available at Industry Exchange.
- **Optimise Operational Processes**:Play a key role in driving Industry Exchange's growth by enhancing systems and implementing innovative solutions to achieve operational efficiency.
- **Enhance Collaboration and Networking**:Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, broadening your knowledge and expanding your professional network through meaningful interactions.
