**About the Role**:
NRW Holdings is now seeking an enthusiastic **Recruitment Officer** to join our white-collar team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be a highly organised individual who will thrive working under pressure and delivering to deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.

**To be considered for this position as a Recruitment Officer you must possess the following as a minimum**:

- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi task, problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great initiative and the ability to work to strict timeframes.
- A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive approach when engaging internal and external stakeholders.

**As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- The end-to-end recruitment process for white collar personnel across head office and project based roles including advertising, phone screening, interviews and coordinating both NRW and client mobilisation requirements.
- Working closely with Management and project teams throughout the onboarding process to provide support and guidance as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
