To be successful you will need demonstrated experience in the following;
**Recruitment**:

- 360 Recruitment experience in the resources or related industries.
- Sound understanding of high volume end to end recruitment processes
- Conducting telephone interviews
- Completing reference checks
- Conducting face to face interviews
- Offer management on onboarding
- Recruitment and HR Administration

You will have
- 2 years experience in a recruitment role
- A team-oriented approach
- Be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Fantastic communication, written and organisation skills
- Strong levels of drive and self-motivation
- Flexible and adaptable with a keenness to add value to the team
