Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and examining our client's revenue, operations and overhead costs to identify opportunities for improvement.

Reporting to the General Manager, the functional requirements of the role include the following responsibilities:

- Analyse and examine revenue, operations, and overhead costs
- Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance the company's financial standing
- Support department heads and collect information associated with the customer from various data sources
- Develop and present detailed analysis and reporting
- Support the business in identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures, and work practices
- Evaluate trends and create visualizations using Excel to drive business, customer, and process improvement
- Leverage project management principles to analyse data, deliver forecasts, and monitor/maintain them

**About you**:

- Degree in Analytics or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and database management
- Demonstrated knowledge of analysing data and producing insightful reporting
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing demands
- Proven time management and prioritization skills
- Expert proficiency in pivot tables, charts and graphs, managing large spreadsheets and databases, formulas and functions, and conditional formatting.
