About the role

Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, the Sales Performance Analyst is responsible for delivering high-level data analysis, insights and performance to drive sell-out growth across the business. This role will work closely with the leadership and broader sales teams to uncover opportunities in the market, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that optimise sales strategy and performance, strengthen retailer partnerships and enhance market presence. A key part of this role will involve engaging directly with the retail landscape, presenting findings to key customers and retail partners and supporting the sales team with insight-led customer conversations.

About you

You are an experienced sales/business performance analyst within the electrical retailer or consumer electronics industry. You have well established expertise in excel and data analysis with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations. Your deep understanding of sell-out performance management and how to leverage data to drive sales outcomes, is underpinned by your confidence in presenting findings to senior management/external retail partners, and excellent communication and storytelling skills. Your passion for driving growth will see you thrive in this collaborative, supportive environment with the chance to influence strategic decisions at a national level.
