**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage essential office duties. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate records and supporting our team in delivering outstanding service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process and maintain accurate paperwork related to orders, invoices, and supplier statements.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure up-to-date and accurate records in our systems.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies in statements and invoices.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assisting the branch network.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in Xero or other accounting programs preferred but not essential.
