
Office Administrator

Walkers: Plaster, Tiles, Insulation and Cladding are one of the region's leading family owned and operated companies for both supply and installation of building products.
The role is Full Time, working from the office, 37.5hrs per week (7.00am to 3.00pm Mon – Fri) and would be best suited to an experienced administrator with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to the building supplies industry being highly regarded (but not essential).
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Inventory Control
- Assistance with Contracting division administration
- Assistance with banking and cash handling
- Back up Reception duties as required
This is a diverse and challenging role within a busy office environment, with your ability to multi-task and have strong attention to detail a significant requirement of the role. Key attributes that you will possess in your skill set include:
- An appetite for problem solving and system development within the fast paced and ever changing business environment of current times
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage your time and prioritise tasks as required
- A strong ethos towards consistent high quality work and productivity
- Friendly and efficient telephone manner/communication skills
- Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite and other ICT applications
