Integration Technical Lead

Our Enterprise Technology Advisory team brings together skills in intelligent automation, data engineering and software integration to help our clients align their technology capabilities with their strategic and operational objectives. We also draw on KPMG’s extensive national and global resources, adopting a multidisciplinary approach to help unlock the full potential of existing and new technology investments.

**Your new opportunity**

As a member of our Enterprise division, the **Integration Technical Lead** will play a crucial role by:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for end-to-end coordination and execution for project stakeholders.
- Providing post-program reporting and analysis, which can be used for benchmarking purpose and for improving efficiency of similar future programs.
- Identifying new opportunities based on existing customer needs and industry trends.
- Defining delivery processes and standards to support development and operations for engagements. (e.g. processes for release management, infrastructure management, etc.).
- Offering leadership and people management capability by mentoring, supporting and coaching your teams to succeed in their projects and deliveries.

- In-depth exposure to one or more of the following Integration Products: MuleSoft, Tibco, Azure Services, Oracle, Dell Boomi etc.
- Exposure to several end-to-end technical delivery projects.
- Demand proficiency in requirement analysis, resource planning and effort estimation, project delivery management, solution design, and final implementation of the project if required.
- Experience with requirements gathering, preparing use cases, work break down structure, identifying the project team and managing the client expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare technical design specifications, architecture documents, estimations, and project plans.
- Contributed to post-project analysis and automation to continuously support and improve project delivery.
